The Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission has authorized the following gas rates effective on all bills rendered after February 4, 1992: Order Number 39145



Residential Gas Service Rate Rate #1

Availability

Available for domestic usage to all residential customers located on the Company’s distribution mains suitable and adequate for supplying the services requested in the cities, towns or communities listed in the Description of Territory on Sheet #3 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Character of Service

Gas service purchased hereunder shall be firm service twenty-four hours per day and shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption except in accordance with Sheet #6.22 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Rate

Facilities Charge $7.50 per Bill
First 50 Therms $0.4857 per Therm
Next 50 Therms $0.4405 per Therm
All Use Over 100 Therms $0.4084 per Therm

Minimum Charge

The minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge.

Terms of Payment

All bills on this rate schedule shall be rendered and due monthly. Any bill not paid within 17 days shall have added to it an amount equal to 10% of the first $3.00 plus 3% of the amount in excess of $3.00.

Rate Adjustment

Gas Cost Adjustment, occasioned solely by charges in the cost of purchased gas in   accordance with the Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved May 14, 1986, in cause #37091. The Gas Cost Adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.

Service supplied under this rate schedule shall be governed by the then effective Rules and Regulations of the Company.



Small General Service Rate - Rate#2

Availability

Available for heating and processing uses to all non-residential customers located on the Company’s distribution mains suitable and adequate for supplying the services requested in the cities, towns or communities listed in the Description of Territory on Sheet #3 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Character of Service

Gas service purchased hereunder shall be firm service twenty-four hours per day and shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption except in accordance with Sheet#6.22 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Rate

Facilities Charge $11.00 per Bill
First 50 Therms $0.5227 per Therm
150 Therms $0.4748 per Therm
All Use Over 200 Therms $0.3967 per Therm

Minimum Charge

The minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge.

Terms of Payment

All bills on this rate schedule shall be rendered and due monthly. Any bill not paid within 17 days shall have added to it an amount equal to 10% of the first $3.00 plus 3% of the excess of $3.00.

Rate Adjustment

Gas Cost Adjustment, occasioned solely by charges in the cost of purchased gas in accordance with the Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved May 14, 1986, in Cause#37091. The Gas Cost Adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.

Rules and Regulations

Service supplied under this rate schedule shall be governed by the then effective Rules and Regulations of the Company.



Large General Service Rate - Rate#3

Availability

Available for heating and processing uses to all non-residential customers whose load requires a 425 meter, or larger, based upon input load of the facility located on the Company’s distribution mains suitable and adequate for supplying the service requested in the cities, towns or communities listed in the Description of Territory on Sheet#3 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Character of Service

Gas service purchased hereunder shall be firm service twenty-four hours per day and shall not be subject to curtailment or interruption except in accordance with Sheet#6.22 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations.

Rate

Facilities Charge - Contract Customer $150.00 per Bill
Facilities Charge - All Other Customers $21.00 per Bill
First 100 Therms $0.5561 per Therm
Next 9,900 Therms $0.4742 per Therm
All Use Over 10,000 Therms $0.4265 per Therm

Minimum

The minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge.

Rules and Regulations

Service supplied under this rate schedule shall be covered by the then effective Rules and Regulations of the Company.



Large General Transportation - Rate#3-T

Availability

Available to each Customer receiving gas under Rate Schedule 3, satisfying the following qualifications:

  1. The Customer has purchased, or has agreed to purchase, a supply of gas not less than 500 therms per day of a quality acceptable to the Company, from any source of gas.
  2. The Customer has made, or has caused to be made, arrangements by which such volumes of gas can be delivered, either directly of by displacement, into the Company’s distribution system.
  3. No additional facilities will be required for the Company to provide the transportation service or the Customer has paid, in full, for any additional facilities required to be constructed, which payments shall not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

Any Customer receiving gas service under rate schedules other than Rate Schedule 3 is ineligible for gas transportation service under this tariff

Schedule of Monthly Rates

The monthly charges under this Rider shall be:

  1. The facilities charge under Rate 3.
  2. All therms will be $0.0833/therm.
  3. The take-or-pay adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.
  4. The 636 transition adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A

Minimum

The minimum monthly charge shall be facilities charge.

Nominations and Balancing

Monthly nominations and balancing procedures will follow Rule#24 of the Company’s Rules and Regulations, Sheet#6.24. Customers, whose current month nomination plus any customer-owned gas from the previous month is less than the current month’s gas usage, will be billed at Large General Service Rate#3.

Service supplied under this rate schedule shall be governed by the then effective Rules and Regulations of the Company.



Curtailable Service Rate - Rate#6

Availability

Available to all customers who have requerements in excess of 800 therms of natural gas in any month, who have alternate fuel capability, and who are located on the Company’s distrubution mains suitable and adequate for supplying the service requested and within the Company’s service area.

Character of Service

Service hereunder shall be interruptible and shall be subject to complete or partial curtailment, at the option of the Company, upon the giving of notice to the Customer.

Rate

Facilities Charge $100.00 per Bill
First 1,000 Therms $0.4546 per Therm
Next 1,000 Therms $0.4231 per Therm
All Use Over 2,000 Therms $0.3815 per Therm

Minimum

The minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge.

Large General Service and Curtailable Service

Where a contract exists for service under the rate, all gas used by the customer under the curtailable service rate will be billed at the curtailable service rate block or blocks which would be applicable had all gas been used under the curtailable service rate.

Terms of Payment

All bills on this rate schedule shall be rendered and due monthly. Any bill not paid within 17 days shall have added to it an amount equel to 10% of the first $3.00 plus 3% of the amount in excess of $3.00.

Rate Adjustment

Gas Cost Adjustment, occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased gas in accordance with the Order of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission approved May 14, 1986, in Cause#37091. The Gas Cost Adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable he is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.

Rules and Regulations

Service supplied under this rate schedule shall be governed by the then effective Rules and Regulations of the Company.



Curtailable Service Rate Transportation - Rate#6-T

Availability

Available to each customer receiving gas service under Rate Schedule 6, satisfying the following qualifications:

  1. The Customer has purchased, or has agreed to purchase, a supply of gas not less than 500 therms per day of a quality acceptable to the Company, from any source of gas.
  2. The Customer has made, or has caused to be made, arrangements by which such volumes of gas can be delivered, either directly or by displacement, into the Company’s distribution systems.
  3. No additional facilities will be required for the Company to provide the transportation service or the Customer has paid, in full, for any additional facilities required to be constructed, which payments shall not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

Any Customer receiving gas under rate schedules other than Rate Schedule 6 is ineligible for gas transportation service under this tariff.

Large Volume Interruptible Transportation - Rate#7-T

Availability

Available to all customers having estimated to have annual usage of not less than 300,000 therms, who have alternate capability, who are located on the Company’s distribution mains suitable and adequate for supplying the service requested and within the Company’s service territory. Each customer must also satisfy the following qualifications:

  1. The customer has purchased, or has agreed to purchase, a supply of gas, of a quality acceptible to the Company, from any source of gas.
  2. The customer has made, or has caused to be made, arrangements by which such volumes of gas can be delivered, either directly or by displacement, into the Company’s distribution system.
  3. No additional facilities will be required for the Company to provide the transportation service or the customer has paid, in full, for any additional facilites required to be constructed, which payments shall not be subject to refund under any circumstances.

Character of Service

Gas service rendered hereunder shall be interruptible and shall be subject to complete or partial curtailment, at the Company, upon the giving of notice to the customer.

Schedule of Monthly Rates

The monthly charges under this Rider shall be:

  1. The facilities charge of $200.00.
  2. All terms will be $0.04415/therm.
  3. The take-or-pay adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.
  4. The 636 Transition adjustment stated in Appendix A is applicable hereto and is issued and effective at the dates shown on Appendix A.

Minimum Charge

The minimum monthly charge shall be the facilities charge.

Appendix A - Gas Cost Adjustment

Tariff rates are subject to adjustment for fluctuation in the cost of purchased gas, in the manner and to the extent authorized by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.   Current rate adjustment are as follows.

The Rate Adjustment in Rates 1, 2, 3 and 6 shall be on the basis of a Gas Cost Adjustment, occasioned solely by changes in the cost of purchased gas, in accordance with the Order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana, approved May 14, 1986 in Cause No. 37091.

Applicable Rate Tracking Factors Per Therm

  1. 1-Residential Gas Service - $0.6175
  2. 2-Small General Service Rate - $0.5920
  3. 3-Large General Service Rate - $0.6461
  4. 6-Curtailable Service - $0.8367

Take-Or-Pay Adjustment

The Take-or-Pay Surcharge adjustment, per therm, shall be as follows:

  1. 3-T - $0.0000
  2. 6-T - $0.0000

636 Transition Costs

The 636 Transition Costs, per therm, shall be as follows:

  1. 3-T - $0.0000
  2. 6-T - $0.0000
